Well....I had a good week! I lost 2.5 pounds according to my scale at home. I'm now weighing in on Tuesday mornings so this weight loss may be a little more than what I really lost, but I'm gonna take it! Since I'm now weighing in at home and in the morning, it makes sense to start counting what I see on my scale instead of the one at WW.
