I know I haven't posted a recipe for awhile...so when I made this tonight for dinner, I thought it would make a great blog entry. I discovered this recipe about 1 1/2 years ago when I was trying out new recipes after we got married. Not only is it very easy to make, my husband LOVES it! He raves about it {he truly does}. And the best part? It's a Weight Watchers recipe!! For only 7 points you can enjoy a fresh, creamy chicken-pasta salad. I hope you give it a try and enjoy it as much as we do! Bon Appetite!
Creamy Chicken Pasta Salad
3 cups (12 oz.) skinned, shredded, roasted chicken, 3 cups cooked penne pasta, 2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce, 1 clove garlic-minced, 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 1/3 cup light caesar dressing, 1 (4 oz.) package crumbled feta cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, toss well. Enjoy! {Yes, it's really that easy!}
That looks great Emily! I'll add it to the grocery list for this week. You'll have to share more WW recipes!
