4th of July: Part One

My family came for a visit over the 4th of July this year. We had such a great time just hanging out and enjoying time together. This was the first time that my dad and my sister got to meet Evan, so it was an extra special trip for them. There will be 3 posts for their visit since I took so many pictures, haha!

On Monday of their visit, I took Sarah and Dad to Baby Rhyme Time at the library as Evan and I go every week. It was fun to have them see what we do and to see how much fun Evan has while he's there. My sister was my "photographer" during the session, I think she did a great job!

We read a different book every week, Evan really likes this part! I think enjoys looking at the colorful pages.
Here Evan is REALLY getting into the book, he will grab at the pages and "talk" while I read, it's precious.

I think we're singing a song here, Evan likes the songs too. We bounce and move to the music. He also likes to look around at everyone else while they bounce and move!

While we were at Baby Rhyme time, mom was getting us a table at my favorite breakfast cafe in town, The Chef! We went there for breakfast after working up an appetite while reading and singing! Anyone who comes to visit us expect a trip to The Chef...simply delicious!
