Weight Loss Journey

I had a good first week back to Weight Watchers. I lost 2.2 pounds! I think my mind was in the right spot all week and I just kept plugging away at it. I even was able to go out to eat twice and enjoy a special treat with some friends. I used all my bonus points and I was feeling kind of bad about that, but I guess that's what their for...to use!

I didn't exercise a whole lot this week {still trying to let my foot heal from plantar fasciitis}, but I really want to try to get on the treadmill some this next week, I'm sure it will help my numbers on the scale go down even more.
