Weight Loss Journey: Wednesday Edition

Well, I didn't do very well this week. I gained 1.2 pounds, bringing my total weight loss to a whole pound. I totally know why this happened, I didn't track as I should have this week and went out to eat several times.
Something I learned this week though, you'll have bad days and you'll go off track, but the important thing to do is get back on track as quickly as possible! I let the whole week go once I messed up and I won't be doing that again!
Next week WILL be better!

  1. I love that you're not letting that stop you. My WW leader once said to just start over tracking the next day and treat it as a whole new start. And make more good decisions than bad decisions. You can do it!

  2. I agree with Alison. Don't let one (or two or whatever) bad day throw you off track. Pick up and move on. I sure have had plenty of opportunites to do just that! Keep up the good work!
