Well, I didn't do very well this week. I gained 1.2 pounds, bringing my total weight loss to a whole pound. I totally know why this happened, I didn't track as I should have this week and went out to eat several times.
Something I learned this week though, you'll have bad days and you'll go off track, but the important thing to do is get back on track as quickly as possible! I let the whole week go once I messed up and I won't be doing that again!
Next week WILL be better!
I love that you're not letting that stop you. My WW leader once said to just start over tracking the next day and treat it as a whole new start. And make more good decisions than bad decisions. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Alison. Don't let one (or two or whatever) bad day throw you off track. Pick up and move on. I sure have had plenty of opportunites to do just that! Keep up the good work!
