Not Quitting Tuesdays

Week 2

Well...this week I only lost .6 pounds for a total of 2 pounds. At this point I'm just glad that I didn't gain! I had a hard week with tracking my points, but I did make the point of exercising several times.

I took time for myself and really found that it did help. I had decided to exercise several times each morning before work this last week and it made a big difference in how I felt about myself. At times throughout my days at work, I would find myself thinking that I had to go home and exercise, but then I would remember that I had already done it, what a feeling!

I'm going to keep the routine going this week and really put some effort into tracking {which is something I really dislike} and hopefully next week will be better. I CAN do this!

  1. Good job getting up and exercising! Tracking is definately NOT fun, but it really helps.
