FUN in the SUN!

Today I went to the brand new pool in Manhattan! They had been working on it for what seemed like forever and before my trip it still wasn't finished. While I was gone, they got it done and opened it. It is a lot like the pool I've been to in St. Louis with Amy. It has slides, a lazy river, and diving boards. They even had a concession stand!

My friend Jenny and I went this afternoon to check it out and it is well worth the $5 admission fee they charge. The only thing we didn't like was there was a lack of pool chairs available. We started out lying on the concrete, which I wasn't too happy about, so I kept watch of everyone using chairs and managed to get Jenny and I 2 chairs right next to each other when a couple of people left!! Jenny said she'd never seen me move so fast, haha!









I tried out the diving board and that big orange water slide, it was fun!


The water slide I didn't try this time,but will next time!
