Summer Fun in St. Louis

I have had such a great time in St. Louis! Visiting one of my best friend's Amy and her family is always fun. I arrived in St. Louis on Friday and the fun quickly started! On Saturday we went to the Arnold community pool and had fun swimming with Ava. She was so excited to go to the pool and swim with "Miss Emily". The pool had all sorts of fun things to do like water slides and a lazy river. We did the lazy river but left the slides to the big kiddos!

On Sunday we celebrated Father's Day! We went to church and then headed over to the Magic House. The Magic House is a fun children's muesum that focuses on science. Ava's grandfather came along for the adventure and I think sometimes Dave and "Peepa" had more fun than Ava!!!

There were these pulleys that challenged you to lift your own weight, Amy and I tried it, but needless to say it was difficult! I opted for a cute picture instead!!

There was a tunnel that Ava loved to crawl through. We decided to get some cute shots in the tunnel with Ava. Here's one of them!

The rest of our time was spent relaxing and enjoying each other's company. On Monday we went out to lunch at The Elephant Bar, a restaurant Amy had wanted me to try. It was so delicious! After lunch we went to the mall. Amy and I got pedicures and I was in heaven when I saw they had a LOFT store! I bought 2 cute dresses and a shirt--all on sale to boot!

The summer fun continues as I head out tomorrow to Knoxville, Tennessee!
