Horsin' Around

On my last day in Knoxville, Sarah and I went to the farm where she rides horses. We brought yummy treats for the horses, carrots and apples. Sarah LOVES horses and is always right at home with them...I on the other hand am NOT an outdoorsy type of girl and needed a lot of encouragement to feed the horses. Take a look at my face in one of the pictures, Sarah was sure to capture my expression! I did like to look at the horses and pet them, their noses are so soft!

I enjoyed experiencing my sister's first love...horses and being able to take part in my small way to see what is an everyday joy in her world.

These pictures were taken with my NEW Canon 20D camera! Eric and Sarah have graciously sold Mark and I one of their gently used cameras. I am really interested in learning how to take better pictures and to edit pictures for a more professional look. I plan on taking a photography class this fall...so excited! I was practicing with the camera while we were out at the farm and I think the pictures turned out great! Enjoy!
