I have decided to follow in the footsteps of my good friend and fellow blogger over at Man Cub Momma in the battle against the bulge...I joined Weight Watchers! I have done this weight loss thing so many times in the past, but I am determined to conquer this demon of mine once and for all! I have had sucess with Weight Watchers before, so I am choosing to go back to what works for me.
I have 2 main goals with Weight Watchers this time...{1} track my points and write down everything I eat, even if I have a bad day and {2} walk at least 5 times per week. I'm also hoping that with the help of my encouraging husband and the many, many recipes I have found over at Skinny Taste, that I will be able to arm myself with the tools for success. For some reason, dinner has always been the most difficult meal for me. The recipes over at Skinny Taste not only look delicious, but all the point values have already been calculated for me {can't get any easier than that, right?!}! I have prepared for battle with several great recipes to try over the next week and I will post any recipes I really enjoy with the hope of encouraging others! My ultimate goal would be to lose about 30 pounds. I am going to my first meeting tonight and will be posting each Tuesday about my journey...I CAN do this!
I know you'll do great and will reach your goal! We will definately have to share recipes and encourage each other.
