Lunch with my SLP Gal Pals!

Today I met up with Leslie and Lacey for lunch before the craziness of work begins this Thursday. All three of us were new SLP's to the district last year so we share a special bond, having gone through orientation together last year and learning all the new paperwork procedures. Well....this year we're not new anymore, we know the paperwork and we know our kiddos--so we're all hoping for a great school year!


We met up at Houlihan's for some yummy food! I didn't know this, but they have a 15 minute lunch guarantee for your food to be served once you order it. They weren't busy or anything, but our food took longer than 15 minutes...so our lunch was on the house! SWEET!


Leslie's little girl Averie joined us for lunch. I just adore her and was in heaven holding her. Don't you just want to squeeze her cheeks?! She was such a great baby during our visit too, happily finishing a bottle and going to sleep!
