As much as I hate to admit it, I couldn't do the dieting thing on my own. I've re-enrolled in Weight Watchers. I have come to the conclusion that I need the structure of weighing in each week to help hold me accountable....plus I hate being a quitter. I'm also tired of chronically failing at dieting and losing weight. I want to see the numbers on the scale go down, I want to SUCCEED! I have decided that it doesn't matter how much it costs me to be a member of WW each month, this is what I need to do in order to lose the weight.
I have a very specific goal this time {lose 36 pounds} and a very specific timeline to meet my first goal of 10% {by the end of summer, before school starts}. I have absolutely NO excuses this time. I'm not working and can devote the time needed to exercise and eat healthy. So here I go again my friends...Weight Watchers: Take Two.
To start this week off right, I'm going to highlight a very clever recipe that I found over at Skinny Taste, Hash Brown Egg White Nests. You get to have two "nests" for only 3 points! I can't wait to try these and start each day off right during my first week back to WW. So for all you WW followers out there, please keep the tips and encouragement coming...I'll need it!!
That is exactly why I pay for WW. I need the accountability and to HAVE to weigh in each week. I know you'll do great!
ReplyDeleteI need that accountability, too! Hang in there. Make that decision to commit each and every day. This is hard stuff!
