Dinner and An Ice Cream

I arrived last night in Knoxville, Tennessee! I will be visiting with my sister Sarah and my brother-in-law Eric for a few days before we all head down together to Florida. I enjoyed my drive from St. Louis to Knoxville so much, all the trees and rolling hills welcomed me back to the South!
After arriving late last night, we decided to go grab a bite to eat at one of my favorite restaurants...Cheddars! I can't get this good food in Kansas so I took the opportunity to enjoy it while I could! I had their buffalo chicken fingers {and to all who know me, this a big shocker huh?!} and they were delish! After dinner, Sarah and I enjoyed some ice cream from Marble Slab Creamery...I had their coffee ice cream with heath and almond bits mixed in...yummO!

Today I'll be hanging out around the house, Sarah has clinicals and Eric has to work. I'm really enjoying all my down time...a girl could get used to this!
